The location is conveniently close to several dining options and shopping centers. Rooms equipped with kitchenettes make it easy to prepare simple meals.
Upon entering, I was greeted by the overwhelming scent of strong chemicals, and the room felt neglected with broken fixtures. A persistent barking from neighboring rooms created a chaotic atmosphere, making it challenging to relax. Additionally, the room's door lock functioned poorly, raising safety concerns. Not to mention, attempting to reach the front desk proved futile, as phone calls went unanswered.

The room had a small kitchen area, which was a pleasant surprise. The flat-screen TV provided a large selection of channels.
Felt quite safe, no complaints whatsoever.

I had a wonderful experience at Suburban Studios. The staff, especially Bonnie, was super friendly and made me feel welcome. The queen suite was mostly clean and the AC worked perfectly, which was a huge plus. The hotel is also conveniently located on a hill on the west side of I-35E, and I loved the outdoor pool and 24-hour fitness center.
Limited dining options on-site.

not worth it
The place had a really low rate but it was dirty. My Queen Suite was supposed to be nice with a kitchenette, but it smelled bad and had bugs. The air conditioning barely worked. The bathroom was gross with hair everywhere. The check-in experience was frustrating and unhelpful. Definitely not what I expected.

We had a fun outing at Coyote Ridge Golf Club, which was nearby and great for the whole family. The kids loved the outdoor space, giving us some room to unwind after our days out. The location is convenient, too, with plenty around to explore.
In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness really let the place down. It would be great if they improved their sanitation standards for families hoping for a clean and safe environment for kids.

Not the best stay
So, I booked a Queen Room for my family, and wow, it was rough. First off, the staff weren't super friendly, like they didn’t even want to deal with us. The room had this awful chemical smell, dog fur everywhere, and, get this, there were ROACHES! Plus, we really needed a comforter but only got a thin blanket. No breakfast either, which sucked.

The front desk staff was kind and tried to help when I was left waiting outside and they actually seemed to care unlike the rest of the staff who didn't even bother to show up when I was locked out at 1AM
It wasn't exactly cheap either but what did I expect going in

missingWrote a review on Aug 13affordable roomkitchen areatv selectioncleanliness issues
Affordable room rates with an impressive kitchen area. An excellent selection of channels on the new flat-screen TV.
Checked in but got a different room than booked, which was a letdown. The room had only a thin blanket and one towel, making it uncomfortable at night. There were cleanliness issues, such as noticeable smoke odors and stained walls. The bathroom needed attention, as someone else's used band-aids were left behind and the shower had low water pressure. The parking lot felt cramped with limited spaces. The door situation was struggling without automatic options, making entry cumbersome. Also, the pool was unavailable without a clear reason.

It’s decent for a night
The stay was acceptable. The beds were okay, not the comfiest, though. The shower was mostly clean, but it could’ve used a scrub. The bathroom tissue was super rough, so bring your own if you’re picky. Staff was pretty chill, but the TV remote was a hassle. Overall, it did the job!

My grandson loved spending time in the pool, and it was refreshing to unwind after a long day exploring the area with the family.
